These competencies ensure safe and effective medication delivery and contribute to the overall well-being of residents in healthcare facilities.

What is a QMA?

A QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) is a certified healthcare professional who assists nurses in administering medications to patients in long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or hospitals.
