Quality Control / Quality Inspector Associate Furniture Warehouse

Location: Dallas Area
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $19/hour

We are currently seeking a Quality Control / Quality Inspector Associate for a fast-paced furniture warehouse in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect furniture products, cushions, and incoming fabric for damages, defects, and quality issues

  • Measure and check incoming fabric against work orders and specifications

  • Ensure products meet company quality standards before shipping

  • Check cushions on frames to ensure proper fit and specifications based on purchase orders

  • Remove excess threads and inspect for stitching or fabric defects

  • Ensure cushions are properly stuffed and assembled

  • Wrap cushions and organize products on warehouse shelves

  • Prepare and type detailed purchase orders using information from work orders

  • Use Microsoft Outlook to communicate with other departments

  • Track orders, maintain product knowledge, and organize photos/documentation

  • Distribute COM materials to designated departments as needed

  • Assist with inventory checks and warehouse organization

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

  • Microsoft Outlook experience preferred

  • Previous quality control, inspection, or warehouse experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
