Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Technician 

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: Day 6:00am - 2:30pm

Location: Fremont CA

Hourly Range: $25.00/hr.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our team. The QC Technician will be responsible for inspecting products using specialized quality control equipment, scanners, and measuring tools to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a production environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform product inspections using QC machines, scanners, and inspection tools.
  • Verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Identify, document, and report quality issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Follow established quality control procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support general production activities as needed.

Skills and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of Quality Control experience preferred.
  • Production Technician experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer and scanner operation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
