Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to assist in maintaining the accuracy and consistency of Fleet mishap and hazard data. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality customer service standards for Fleet operations and requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control audits on Fleet mishap and hazard records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Support RMI-related taskers to enhance customer service delivery across Fleet operations.
  • Interact regularly with Fleet personnel and internal teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, Teams, and internet navigation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication.
  • Strong customer service skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Clearance & Access Requirements

  • Must fulfill Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and DoDI 5200.46 access requirements.
