Job Summary

The Quality Control Manager plays a critical role in overseeing quality standards within construction and installation services. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, ensuring safety compliance, addressing material or installation discrepancies, and maintaining high-quality standards across job sites.

The Quality Control Manager will frequently visit job sites, work independently, and lead training initiatives to improve installer safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality inspections and report issues related to jobs and materials.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve related issues promptly.

  • Train installers on safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Review material usage to identify discrepancies, waste, or misuse.

  • Enforce safety compliance across all job sites.

  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation of quality findings.

  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement quality improvements.

  • Monitor installation practices to ensure compliance with established standards.

  • Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of insulation industry experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in quality control management.

  • Valid Florida Driver's License.
