Job Summary
We are seeking a QAPI/Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will develop our compliance program and ensure our company and employees follow all relevant rules. You will proactively audit our processes and advise on best practices. The ideal candidate is familiar with risk management and can confidently stand up for what is right.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the companys legal compliance program
  • Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with QAPI Program
  • Audit current processes and recommend improvements
  • Assess the compliance risk of current business activities
  • Create a crisis management plan
  • Provide employees with training on industry best practices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys business goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Hospice Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager
  • Previous experience in risk management and familiarity with industry practices
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and controls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
