We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Kids Activity Leaders who love working with children and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced team.
As a Kids Activity Leader, you’ll be one of the faces of Little Land. You’ll welcome families, engage with kids during play, support birthday parties and programs, and help create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

Welcome Families

  • Greet families as they arrive
  • Check guests in for open play, classes, and birthday parties
  • Help parents understand programs and activities
  • Answer questions and provide friendly customer service
  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported

Lead Fun Activities for Kids

  • Interact with children during open play sessions
  • Encourage movement, creativity, and exploration
  • Help lead fun activities and games
  • Support classes and group activities
  • Maintain a safe and positive play environment

Help Host Birthday Parties & Special Events

  • Check in party guests
