Job description

*** SIGN-ON BONUS OF $400 AFTER 120 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT ***
Is it possible to find long-term employment with an employer who is willing to pay for your training and provide you with the opportunity to make up to $32.00 per/hr painting? We think so - especially if your values match ours. Our offer is without the gimmicky and or false advertising claims that have you making far less than what was promised (very common for our industry). This is our twenty-fifth year of business - the secret to our success is people!
Does this sound familiar? You like to work with your hands; in fact, others have noticed you have a knack for it. You also like the feeling of accomplishment; it's the end of the day, and things look definitely different than they did that morning. One of your favorite parts of the day is hearing the oohs and ahhs as the client walks in the door. Your family and friends are an important part of your life, and weekends and evenings off are something you value.
Our values have us starting with the word Communication; it's vital for a great working environment. Integrity; this is the foundation of trust. Our clients trust us with one of their largest assets: their home. Excellence; anyone with a bucket and brush can 'paint' - we are teaching and leading with industry standards, well, because we take pride in our craft. Service begins with us serving our team, then, because your needs were met, you take delight in creating a 'wow' experience with the customer.
*** SIGN-ON BONUS $400 AFTER 120 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT *** Starting Pay of $18.00 per/hr for qualified applicants. Up to $32.00 per/hr for the project manager who leads well, with a quarterly pay-for-performance bonus plan available for leaders. We are passionate about promoting from within. Management roles are available beyond this point. Inquire if the above made you excited, and the below had you nodding your head in agreement.
-You want to have paid time off for vacations, sick, and holidays
- You want to have paid training
- You want to have opportunities for advancement
- You would pursue formal education, but you watch your friends buried in student loans and without jobs - You are looking for another option
- You possess a valid driver's license
- You possess proof to legally work in the United States (must be 18 years or older to apply)
- You expect to be paid time and a half for overtime
- You don't want to be treated as a subcontractor
- You've been trained for prep, but not allowed to advance - because they would have to pay you more.
Tell us about your work experience, and come work for the best (4 Seasons Painting + Construction has been voted "Best of the Best" multiple years).
