SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
No nights
No weekends
No call responsibilities
Approximately 20-24 patients daily
Outpatient-only primary care setting
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan
Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
Support a culturally diverse patient population within a community-centered model
Coordinate referrals, treatment plans, patient education, and follow-up care
Maintain high-quality documentation and continuity of care standards
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly compensation: $120-$125/hour based on experience
