At Fromm, we’re seeking a Buyer Associate who will manage purchasing operations, support our branch teams, and proactively forecast business needs to meet demand efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Place and manage purchase orders for resale materials across multiple branches.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and assess promotional and volume-buy opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to forecast inventory needs and avoid stock-outs.
  • Monitor system reports to catch anomalies, dead stock, or expiring materials.
  • Coordinate warehouse transfers and support inventory control for assigned locations.
  • Partner with sales teams to fulfill special customer orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze cost trends, vendor incentives, and inventory data to improve purchasing eff.iciency
  • Support physical inventory events and provide coverage for other buying roles.
  • Utilize vendor websites and portals to track orders and confirm availability.
  • Drive procurement process improvements while staying within budget targets.
Requirements:
