Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support daily purchasing, inventory, logistics, and production coordination activities. The ideal candidate will help ensure materials, shipments, and documentation are processed accurately and efficiently to support overall operations. 
Key Responsibilities
  •  Assist with purchasing and tracking orders for materials and supplies 
  •  Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies 
  •  Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with vendors and carriers 
  •  Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries 
  •  Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, pricing, and delivery schedules 
  •  Support warehouse and production teams with material availability 
  •  Update spreadsheets, ERP systems, and inventory logs 
  •  Assist with scheduling deliveries and managing shipping documentation 
  •  Help resolve shipping, receiving, or inventory issues in a timely manner 
  •  Perform general administrative support for the supply chain and operations team
Qualifications
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 
  •  1–2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, or administrative support preferred 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
