Job description

Monitors and analyzes warehouse replenishment requirements for assigned commodities and creates purchase orders, records of delivery and amendments for efficient exchange warehouse replenishment. Monitors and coordinates purchase orders, PCPO orders, tracking and analysis of the distribution of regular stock and promotion inventory. Forecasting, coordinating, negotiating, and executing of process and business systems for multiple categories that will ensure an adequate supply of all materials for issue, promotions, avoiding shortages and oversupply.

Negotiates with the vendor on expediting goods, discrepancies in deliveries, and disposition of aged material. Balance stocks through redistribution of product between the distribution centers and administers decisions on tally-in information sent by the distribution centers. Responds to all inquiries referencing inventory issues.

Assignments are broad in nature usually requiring originality and ingenuity. Supervises PB inventory manager teams and accomplishes personnel evaluations. Execution of orders and amendments or changes to orders under warehouse requirements systems for assigned categories of food/expense inventory.
