Midland, TX

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated Purchasing/Inventory Specialist to support purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse operations for a local Midland company.

Responsibilities:
✔ Create and manage purchase orders with vendors
✔ Process purchase orders using an ERP system
✔ Track incoming shipments and verify receiving documentation
✔ Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
✔ Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
✔ Manage warranty claims and core returns
✔ Support inventory transfers between branch locations
✔ Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
✔ Work closely with warehouse staff and other departments

Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse inventory management experience
• Experience with vendor purchasing and inventory replenishment
1+ year of ERP system experience (SAP, Vision, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
