Job description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes? ILoca Services is looking for a Sales Support & Inventory Coordinator to support our sales team, manage inventory activities, and coordinate equipment and trailer logistics. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaborating across departments, and making a direct impact on daily operations.


What You'll Do

  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain inventory records and help ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and process equipment purchase orders.
  • Coordinate quotes, scheduling, and logistics for trailer stacking and moves.
  • Communicate with transportation providers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Document and improve operational workflows and processes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Service, and Accounting to keep projects moving smoothly.
