We are a close-knit, family-owned business operating across three locations, and we are looking for someone who wants more than just a job—someone eager to learn our industry from the inside out and grow with us long-term.
If you bring a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset, we will invest in teaching you the business, building your operational skills, and giving you deep product expertise that will serve you for life.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits: A competitive wage with health insurance benefits and paid time off (PTO).
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling options to support our team members.
- Growth & Mentorship: Direct experience across multiple facets of the business with hands-on cross-training.
- Product Training: Prior battery industry knowledge is a bonus, but not required—we will fully train you to become a product expert.
The Role
In a small family office, no two days are identical. You will wear several hats, keeping our daily customer service and logistics running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Calling existing customers for orders and building long-lasting, positive relationships over the phone.
- Inventory & Purchasing: Managing stock levels, creating purchase orders with vendors, performing inventory reviews, and managing warehouse transfers.
- Logistics & Coordination: Organizing efficient routes for delivery trucks.
- Administrative Cross-Training: Supporting core office functions, with opportunities to train in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive & Dependable: A great phone personality, a welcoming attitude, and a strong sense of reliability.
- Adaptable Multitasker: Comfortable prioritizing tasks in a dynamic office environment.
- Core Tech Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access).
- Eagerness to Learn: A genuine curiosity to master our products and understand how our business operates.
