Description
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for all project cost tracking.
  • Order and coordinate delivery of equipment, trucking, disposal and supplies for all projects.
  • Manage purchase order process as well as reconciliation of PO orders with invoices.
  • Assist Operations Manager with field schedule for project needs and demands.
  • Field Flo lead for daily reports, time attendance, training for employees, etc.
  • Coordinate and schedule employee training and certification renewals.
  • Process asbestos and demolition permit notifications for projects.
  • Manage vendor accounts and receive competitive pricing of consumables.
  • Assist with coordination of lodging needs through CLC and establish direct billing accounts.
