Team Parsons is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Experience Associate to help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits our dealership. This front-line position supports both our customers and dealership team by assisting with daily operations, customer communication, and administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
    • Deliver a warm, professional first impression by greeting all showroom and service customers with enthusiasm and hospitality
    • Guide customers to the appropriate team members and assist with general dealership inquiries
    • Support an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming customer lounge and reception area

Administrative Support
    • Accurately maintain customer records, process transactions, and assist with administrative documentation and reporting
    • Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, escalating issues when appropriate
    • Support daily dealership operations including phone coverage, mail distribution, office organization, and supply management
    • Assist with cash handling, receipts, invoices, and basic inventory or operational tracking as needed
    • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience throughout the dealership
    • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; customer service, administrative, or dealership experience strongly desired
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with customers and team members
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records
