Weโ€™re looking for a high-impact Purchasing Specialist to keep materials, equipment, and services flowingโ€”on time and on budget. Youโ€™ll be the go-to connection between our internal teams and a specialized vendor network.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own the purchasing process from request ? PO ? delivery
  • Source materials, tooling, and services critical to operations
  • Create and track purchase orders in ERP (Great Plains a plus)
  • Communicate timelines and updates to vendors and internal teams

Keep documentation accurate, organized, and audit-ready

Purchasing Execution

  • Review requisitions and issue POs quickly and accurately
  • Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
  • Keep stakeholders informed every step of the way

Vendor Management
