An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Job Responsibilities: Support purchasing specialists in all aspects of the merchandising process including setting up new product listings in the system, maintaining accurate product costs, placing purchase orders, and other tasks as assigned. Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to resolve inbound receiving problematic cases and ensure an efficient shelving process.

Handle RMA requests, issue credit memos to vendors, and follow up on the process. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficient processing of invoices to support open-to-buy processes. Take responsibility for the accuracy and compliance of all product details and listing.

Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field 1+ years of working experience, purchasing working experience in retail and /or e-commerce is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Detail-oriented, fast learner Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in bilingual language English and Mandarin
