KDF Technologies is a leading manufacturer of PVD (physical vapor deposition) capital equipment serving the microelectronics, medical, thin film circuit, and semiconductor industries. Located in Northern New Jersey, we support customers ranging from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team and support the day-to-day accounting operations of the business.
Overview of responsibilities:
The Purchasing/Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of the Accounting Department. This role involves processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing activities.
Key Job elements:
  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Generate customer invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections.
  • Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Maintain vendor and customer records.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and documentation.
  • Support audits by gathering requested documentation and reports.
  • Assist with inventory and fixed asset recordkeeping as required.
