Their duties include fixing minor defects, performing quality control checks, and ensuring all work meets project standards. They often work closely with supervisors and subcontractors to address last-minute issues. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of basic repairs in areas like painting, carpentry, and plumbing.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a punch out technician on a construction site?

A Punch Out Technician is responsible for performing detailed inspections of newly constructed or renovated buildings to identify and address any remaining issues before final delivery. Their daily tasks often include repairing minor drywall damage, touching up paint, fixing trim or hardware, and ensuring all fixtures and finishes meet quality standards.
