Punch Out Technician

About This Opportunity

Seeking a dependable Punch Out Technician to perform final repairs, touch-ups, inspections, and quality assurance on newly constructed homes before homeowner walkthroughs. This role plays an important part in ensuring homes meet the company's "Zero Defect" quality standard and are ready for delivery.


Bonus Opportunity

  • $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $28.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 4:00 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire


Pre Employment Requirements

  • Background Check: Yes (No felony convictions for theft or domestic violence; Other misdemeanors considered on a case-by-case basis)
  • MVR: Yes (No DUI; No excessive speeding; No more than one accident in the last 3 years; Speeding violation cannot exceed 15 MPH over the limit)
  • Physical: Yes
  • Valid Driver’s License (driving a company vehicle)
  • Must be able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

  • Inspect interior and exterior finishes before buyer walkthroughs.
  • Complete minor repairs, adjustments, and touch-ups.
  • Identify and report subcontractor issues.
  • Complete quality assurance checklists.
  • Ensure homes are clean, safe, and presentation-ready.
  • Assist builders with site preparation and general labor.
  • Help trades with setup and cleanup.
  • Receive and protect material deliveries.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.
  • Perform daily site cleanup and debris removal.
  • Install required jobsite signage.
  • Maintain walkways and safety railings.
  • Assist with snow removal and seasonal site safety.
  • Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Construction or punch-out experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently.

  • Good basic English communication skills.
