What are Puffers?

A 'Puffer' typically refers to a worker who manually packs or stuffs materials, such as textiles, soft goods, or insulation, into containers or products. In manufacturing or warehouse settings, Puffers help ensure that products are properly filled, shaped, or cushioned as required. Their role may include inspecting materials for quality, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean workspace. The job requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety protocols.

What are some common challenges faced by Puffers in maintaining product quality during manufacturing?

Puffers often encounter challenges related to ensuring consistency and quality control, especially when working with varying raw materials or changes in environmental conditions. They must closely monitor equipment settings and adjust processes to maintain the desired product texture and appearance.
