Job Description We are seeking a Music & Content Ops Associate to join our dynamic team within Global Partnerships and Content. The associate will drive music and content deal operations from signing through payout and will support product priorities for Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategy, operations, and project management and a proven ability to manage cross-functional deal workflows and payments while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: Partner with music business development teams to gather deal pipeline and forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Business Development and Legal, to route contracts and execute to timelines. Support onboarding of new music partners, including publishers and labels, across geographies.

Maintain tracking and reporting as deals move through the lifecycle. Support full payment processes for music partners, including PR to PO, and troubleshoot invoice issues. Own deal operations issues and address ad hoc questions from music business development and cross-functional stakeholders.

Review current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in media, technology, or a relevant industry. Ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Creative, resourceful self-starter with strong detail orientation and organization. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across functions. Demonstrated written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including building presentation materials.

Preferred Skills: Experience in the music industry, technology and media, management consulting, or investment banking. Process improvement experience, including mapping process flows and project management familiarity. Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving experience.
