KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Advisory L&D Learning Project Management team.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the initiation, planning, and execution of learning and development programs and initiatives, including live multi-day training events and virtual learning programs
  • Develop understanding of L&D processes, tools, and clients to effectively connect the dots, foster clear communication, and identify opportunities for improvement; proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, gain efficiencies, and better serve client needs
  • Direct a team of onshore and offshore resources in the execution of digital and local office training programs
  • Translate ambiguity and competing priorities into actionable next steps to drive projects forward
  • Establish overall project plans, inclusive of communication plan, project charter and RACI, and ensure overall scope and objectives are agreed to by the project team and appropriate leadership
  • Organize project assets, communications, and key information in a logical, accessible structure that enables project team members and stakeholders to quickly find, understand, and act on relevant information
  • Drive project execution, track status of all project components, manage change, and ensure ongoing stakeholder alignment, as well as anticipate and highlight risks/issues and remediation strategies through the active management of project status reports
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent progressive business experience with at least three years focused on project management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; degree in business, project management, management, engineering, information technology, or a related field preferred; PMP certification preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others; excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, data visualization, change management, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with industry standard tools and platforms such as MS project, Smartsheet, Clarizen, Copilot, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; experience using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Copilot to bring efficiencies to day-to-day work; ability to learn new AI tools and evolve strategies with new technologies, and knowledge of project management principles including scope management, schedule management, budgeting, forecasting and resource management
  • Willing to travel to learning events 1-3 times each year and collaborate in local office as needed
