Job Overview: GMA Publications Manager will help develop, deliver, and drive the execution of internal and external scientific communication strategy and related tactics including global publications (e.g., abstracts, posters, manuscripts) and scientific materials. Responsibilities: Support standardization across the geographies. Work with agency partners to ensure deliverables are of high quality and delivered in a timely manner.

Manage publication development activities in Datavision publication management software, including internal and external review and collection of authorship agreements, financial disclosures and author approvals. Ensure documentation of compliance with authorship and publication guidelines as stipulated by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and Good Publication Practice for Communicating Company-Sponsored Medical Research (GPP). Participate in publication planning meetings to assist with execution of the publication plans Support scientific congress activities Participate in Medical Communications meetings to assist with achieving the team goals.

Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in publication related activities in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry. Good understanding of clinical study data and Pharmacotherapy. General Oncology experience is preferred.

Education: BS with equivalent industry experience.
