JOB SUMMARYNCH Interns are dedicated and enthusiastic students seeking practical experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. The intern will work closely with medical professionals and administrative staff to support various departments, enhancing their understanding of hospital operations and patient care. Interns will participate in hands-on training, engaging in various projects that will contribute to both their professional growth and the efficiency of our facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOther duties may be assigned.
โข Assist in the daily operations of various hospital departments
โข Support healthcare professionals in patient care activities
โข Engage with patients and their families, providing necessary information and assistance
โข Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
โข Help maintain patient records and documentation
โข Assist in organizing and coordinating healthcare events
โข Conduct research and gather data to support departmental initiatives
PUBLIC SAFETY INTERNS are typically students with an interest in Life safety, OSHA, Facilities Management, IT technology, Criminal Justice and/or Emergency Management.
Responsibilities may include:โข Office/clerical tasks including but not limited to assisting with badging and support.
โข Life safety rounds and working on our Life Safety goals.
โข Patrols assigned property and grounds to ensure the safety of building occupants.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSโข Minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D.
โข Intermediate computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
โข Customer focused team player.
โข Independent judgment is essential in resolving varied problems in compliance with established policies
