Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Public Relations Manager. 

The Public Relations Manager develops and executes public relations strategies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation across the region. This role manages media relations, oversees press communications, and supports corporate initiatives aligned with global objectives.

MISSION

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):        

  • Develop and implement PR campaigns for North America in line with global brand strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and editorial content.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, events, and brand storytelling.
  • Manage crisis communications and ensure consistent brand messaging.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of PR experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong media network and excellent writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 annually.* Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge. 

This position is classified as exempt for purposes of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law, as this employee's primary duties consist of performing office or non-manual field work directly related to management policies and/or general operations.  Moreover, it is expected of this position that the employee will customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment, utilizing his or her training, experience, and knowledge.
