Reporting to the Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer, this position works across departments to clarify needs, develop project plans, coordinate contributors, and guide marketing initiatives from planning through completion.
The successful candidate is an organized, versatile marketer with strong project-management, writing, and editing skills. This person will manage timelines, stakeholders, vendors, creative development, and project documentation while helping ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. The Integrated Marketing Manager works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, who leads digital-channel planning, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis.
This on-site position is based at Taliesin West and does not currently supervise employees. It coordinates cross-functional teams and manage agencies, freelancers, and production vendors. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support programs, events, and launches.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns based on organizational priorities and strategies established by the Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer.
- Help prepare campaign objectives, target-audience descriptions, key messages, channel plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and measures of success.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives supporting visitation, membership, fundraising, retail, licensing, exhibitions, events, education, and public programs.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate campaigns across email, social media, paid media, websites, search, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate digital campaigns with print, publications, partnerships, public relations, signage, on-site marketing, and other audience touchpoints.
- Write and edit marketing copy, promotional materials, presentations, campaign plans, creative briefs, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain an integrated marketing calendar reflecting campaign schedules, organizational priorities, events, production deadlines, and key milestones.
- Help adapt approved messaging for different audiences, channels, programs, and business needs.
- Monitor campaign execution and identify scheduling, production, or coordination issues that require attention.
Stakeholder and Project Management
- Serve as a marketing contact for departments and program teams across the Foundation.
- Lead project-intake and discovery conversations to clarify objectives, audiences, deliverables, timing, budgets, responsibilities, and approval requirements.
- Translate marketing requests into clear project briefs, schedules, assignments, and next steps.
- Develop practical project plans based on established priorities, available resources, and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from initial planning through production, launch, and closeout.
- Manage project milestones, dependencies, approvals, budgets, documentation, and status updates.
- Establish clear expectations and responsibilities for project participants.
- Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders and contributors to keep work moving.
- Identify risks, scheduling conflicts, unclear requirements, and changes in scope.
- Recommend practical solutions and escalate significant issues or decisions to the Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within approved budgets, and to established quality and brand standards.
- Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommended process improvements.
Vendor and Production Coordination
- Help determine when projects require agencies, freelancers, printers, production vendors, or other outside specialists.
- Prepare scopes of work, creative briefs, schedules, deliverables, and project requirements.
- Coordinate vendor selection and engagement with the Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer and other appropriate team members.
- Brief external partners, provide project information, coordinate feedback, and monitor schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate the production of print materials, digital assets, advertising, signage, publications, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Request and organize vendor estimates, invoices, schedules, approvals, and project documentation.
- Monitor vendor work for accuracy, quality, deadlines, brand alignment, and adherence to the approved scope.
- Identify production, scheduling, or budget concerns and bring them forward promptly.
- Maintain professional and productive relationships with external partners.
Brand, Content, and Creative Quality
- Help ensure that marketing materials reflect the Foundation's mission, voice, visual identity, and brand standards.
- Review content and creative materials for accuracy, consistency, audience relevance, and adherence to approved direction.
- Write and edit clear, engaging communications about the Foundation's sites, programs, events, mission, and initiatives.

- Maintain approved messaging, campaign materials, creative briefs, and brand resources.
- Coordinate required reviews and approvals before materials are released.
- Proofread final materials and verify essential details, including dates, prices, links, program information, and calls to action.
Campaign Reporting and Improvement
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and other colleagues to gather campaign-performance information.
- Maintain campaign reports, project summaries, and basic performance dashboards using established templates and measures.
- Track available indicators such as engagement, conversions, revenue, attendance, response rates, and campaign delivery.
- Help prepare clear summaries of campaign activity, results, observations, and next steps.
- Compare campaign results with established objectives and identify notable trends or outcomes.
- Participate in post-campaign reviews and document lessons that can improve future work.
- Use available audience and performance information to recommend practical adjustments to messaging, timing, offers, or execution.
- Support departmental reporting requested by the Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer.
Marketing Operations and Collaboration
- Serve as an operating and project-management partner to the Vice President / Chief Marketing Officer.
- Help manage incoming marketing requests, workflows, schedules, priorities, and departmental commitments.
- Support annual, quarterly, and campaign-level planning.
- Maintain project templates, creative briefs, campaign plans, calendars, reports, and workflow tools.
- Help administer established project-intake, prioritization, review, and approval procedures.

- Identify practical opportunities to improve workflows, communication, coordination, and accountability.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues about timelines, responsibilities, approvals, and changing requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative, responsive, and solutions-focused team culture.
- Support additional marketing and communications projects as organizational needs evolve.
