  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders in Poland and the CEE region to represent TikTok's mission, values and long-term commitment to the market.
  • Serve as TikTok's senior representative in relevant industry associations and trade bodies across Poland and CEE, actively shaping sector positions and building coalitions with peer companies and cross-industry partners.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on legislative, regulatory and political developments across Poland and CEE relevant to TikTok.
  • Develop and articulate TikTok's public policy positions through briefing papers, consultation responses, position papers and internal strategy documents tailored to Polish and CEE regulatory processes.
  • Lead engagement on regulatory dossiers and coordinating closely with legal, policy and communications teams to manage risk and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Represent TikTok in policy forums, roundtables, conferences and public events across the region, strengthening TikTok's profile as a credible and constructive industry voice.
  • Provide strategic advice to internal teams (legal, trust & safety, communications, product) on regulatory risk, reputational considerations and policy developments affecting products and operations in the region.
  • Support crisis and issues management efforts, providing rapid, well-informed guidance during moments of political, regulatory or media scrutiny.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Experience: Significant relevant experience in government relations, public policy, or a related field, with a strong understanding of political and regulatory environments in AI, privacy, international data flows and geo-politics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess complex policy issues and their implications for the business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government officials, politicians, industry leaders, think tanks, trade organisations, academia and NGOs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with regulatory questions (privacy, copyright, cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience working in a tech environment (company or other organisation).
  • Experience working independently and a passion for tracking big challenges.

Job Information

The initial base pay for this position is PLN 23400 per month.

Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
