Loyalty Program Associate Specialist - Hybrid

As the Loyalty Program Associate Specialist, you will report to the B2B Channel Marketing Supervisor and be responsible for contributing to a seamless customer experience and increased revenue generation for the Canon Corporate Perks Program.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing customer experience plans for Perks programs in collaboration with Sales, Service, Marketing and Business Planning.
  • Focusing on action items such as program positioning, in-field tools, promotional programs, and offers.
  • Promoting the Corporate Partner program to targeted customers using SalesForce and attending customer meetings.
  • Facilitating sign-ups for existing Canon customers and coordinating corporate account creations.
  • Training new program partners on Canon’s Corporate Partner Program and assisting with individual employee account creations.
  • Recommending and receiving high-impact Corporate Partner Program communication materials and delivering them to potential and existing program partners
  • Monitor Corporate Partner Program sales data, customer data (including trends), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and gather market intelligence for program improvements.
  • Provide input to management regarding KPIs' development, monitor those KPIs, and prepare reports relating to DSD Customer Experience Programs.

To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the sales or marketing
  • Ability to use analytical skills to interpret customer data.
  • Intermediate time management/multi-tasking abilities to manage competing priorities and projects
  • Basic process management skills for following established processes
  • Intermediate computer knowledge particularly Google Slides/PowerPoint for presentations and Google Sheets/Excel for data filtering
  • Basic Salesforce, Magnolia

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
  • Compensation Range $58,700 to $62,000 annually.
