Position Description:
CGI Federal is looking for a Director for our Price to Win capability. The successful candidate will support the continued build-out of the capability helping to give confidence to the business around function.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Report to Vice President of Strategic Pricing and be a core member of the Strategic Growth operations organization
. Build our knowledge of the competitive landscape in IT Solutions and help develop competitive pricing strategies and targets derived from your analysis
. Bring in-depth insights and knowledge of competitors and related pricing strategies in the IT solutions space
. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of IT solutions, capabilities, features, strengths and weaknesses
. Structures, leads, and conducts research of competitor cost structures, growth strategies and investments to identify potential pricing strategies
. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT solutions landscape and emerging technology and trends
. Identify trends across pursuits and provide guidance on optimization and process improvements
. Collaborate and oversee development of competitive pricing tools and templates supporting the target pricing capability
. Define, monitor, analyze and report on Target Pricing capability adoption and effectiveness
. Provides creative leadership from knowledge of industry best practices and most current developments in pricing
. Understands and uses CI effectively including relative strengths and weaknesses, key programs/contracts, organizational structure, teaming approach, market data, personal research, and historical pricing information (i.e., reverse engineering of key parameters of incumbent contracts) to develop PTW
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Ability to craft pricing strategies and competitive landscape insights to support teams in bidding opportunities
. Experience with or understanding of Federal Government related market intelligence tools (e.g., BGov, GovWin, SAM) and how to use these to gain competitive insights
. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
. Strong presentation and information visualization skills
. Strong leadership and coalition building skills in a highly dynamic and fluid working environment
. Demonstrated ability to get things done, build consensus, resolve conflict, and solve tough business problems
. Highest levels of written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
. Keen sense of ownership, drive, and execution
. A minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least 10 years of experience in a PTW role on large and complex solutions and services efforts for federal contracts
. Demonstrated experience in Price to Win analysis for a product/solution organization and carrying out the responsibilities of the Director of PTW/CI

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 - $276,200.00.
