Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s emotional, social, and financial needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and are adaptable to clients’ evolving circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy and cognitive behavioral strategies, to address client concerns and promote positive behavior change.
• Encourage self-reflection and the development of coping skills, empowering clients to navigate their challenges effectively.
• Regularly monitor and assess clients' adherence to treatment plans and modify approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide education on emotional health topics, including strategies for managing anxiety, depression, and stress.
• Collaborate with other health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field.
• Valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
