Position Overview

Inner Growth Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, behavioral patterns, and treatment needs.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, ensuring that interventions are appropriate and achievable.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through talk therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that encourage self-exploration and emotional healing.
• Adapt treatment strategies based on feedback, continuously assessing the client’s progress and making necessary modifications to enhance outcomes.
• Educate clients on coping strategies and mental health resources, helping them build resilience and adaptive skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may experience a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated experience working in a counseling or therapeutic setting with a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and support through both virtual and in-person formats.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Growth Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
