Key Responsibilities

• Client Intake: Conduct thorough intake assessments with new clients, exploring their emotional and financial commitments to therapy.
• Customized Treatment Plans: Create and adapt tailored treatment regimens based on ongoing evaluations of clients' needs and progress.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize evidence-based techniques, including talk therapy, to address client concerns and model adaptive behaviors.
• Engagement: Foster self-reflection and resilience by equipping clients with effective coping strategies and enhancing their support systems.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly review clients’ progress and adherence to treatment recommendations, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Inner Growth, your client base will primarily include individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Growth Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including a sign-on bonus to help you get settled into your new role.
