WALNUT CREEK  |  $23-$25/hour clinical wage after paid training

Psychology major or recent graduate?

Turn the textbook into a first word by helping children with autism build communication, social, self-care, and school-readiness skills.

No ABA experience is required. You will need experience with children, reliable transportation, and availability for two weeks of full-time onsite training.

Put Behavior Science On Its Feet

Work one-on-one with children while learning from BCBAs, teachers, families, and behavioral health professionals. You will apply observation, reinforcement, data collection, skill acquisition, and rapport-building in real sessions, then watch small, measurable gains become meaningful life changes.

What You Will Bring
  • Experience with children through work, study, coaching, or volunteering

  • Comfort supporting hygiene/toileting and ability to lift 50 lbs, work on the floor, and move quickly for safety

Graduate students in ABA may be eligible for clinical training and BACB supervision hours based on performance, role fit, availability, and program needs.
