The Bellwood Psychology Group is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services from the comfort of home. • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and comfort for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), customizing approaches to align with each client's unique needs.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing risk evaluations to identify client needs and track progress throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update tailored treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and therapeutic progress.
• Maintain professional boundaries while establishing rapport and trust, creating a safe space for open dialogue.
• Guide clients through navigating complex life transitions, enhancing emotional regulation, facilitating trauma healing, and fostering identity development.

Our client population varies widely, encompassing individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who seek support for anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and relational challenges. You will be responsible for tailoring your therapeutic approach to suit the distinct needs of each client, ensuring that every individual feels valued and understood. With an emphasis on inclusivity and trauma-informed practices, we aim to provide a safe space for all clients on their wellness journeys.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado or an equivalent designation.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred; however, newly licensed professionals are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in addressing a range of issues, particularly mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relational problems.
• Comfort in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for effective client management.
• Commitment to delivering inclusive, ethical, and trauma-informed care, with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly bilingual and multilingual capabilities, is highly encouraged as we strive to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of our clients.
• Demonstrable familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR will be a considerable asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
