POSITION OVERVIEW

The TCM/OPT Program Supervisor leads the development, implementation, and oversight of Dixon’s Tailored Care Management (TCM) and Outpatient program. This leadership role ensures high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with NC Medicaid Tailored Plans and regulatory requirements.

This position reports to the Clinical Director and plays a critical role in aligning TCM and Outpatient Therapy (OPT) services with Dixon’s mission and strategic objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of TCM and OPT programs in accordance with state and federal standards.

· Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and outcomes.

· Increase patient engagement and enrollment in TCM and OPT services.

· Ensure compliance with NC Medicaid Tailored Plan requirements.

· Provide clinical oversight to care management and outpatient therapy services.

· Supervise TCM and OPT staff, ensuring accountability and high-quality care delivery.

· Conduct performance evaluations aligned with measurable KPIs.

· Ensure 100% compliance with required continuing education and clinical protocols.

· Support Care Needs Assessments and timely service scheduling benchmarks.

· Facilitate collaboration across mental health, substance use, and outpatient teams.

· Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives.

· Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and audit readiness.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or related human services field (Required)

· Full or Provisional License LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LPA-A, or LMFT-A (Required)

· 2–3 years of staff supervision experience

· 2–3 years of program management experience

· Experience providing care management or coordination to complex populations (I/DD, TBI, behavioral health)

· Strong knowledge of NC Medicaid Tailored Plans and Health Home Care Management

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervises TCM and OPT program staff.
