Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive telehealth therapy, including individual, couples, and family sessions, utilizing secure platforms to ensure privacy and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough initial intakes, assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to compliance and professional standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, medical providers, and administrative support staff to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through optional case consultations, team meetings, and access to training resources.
• Exercise complete autonomy in setting your own schedule and managing your client load based on personal preferences and availability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. Your contributions will help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or a closely related field is required.
• Ability to establish a private, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access for telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling common mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a strong commitment to delivering ethical, client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, along with benefits designed to support your well-being. You can opt for W2 or 1099 employment structures based on what works best for you. Our administrative team will handle all billing and scheduling tasks, allowing you to concentrate on providing exceptional care to your clients.
