Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and individual treatment needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and promote overall mental health and well-being.
• Provide individual therapy sessions focusing on adult clientele, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused techniques that encourage meaningful change.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for all clients through sophisticated virtual platforms.
• Respond to crisis situations with compassion, providing immediate intervention as required to address urgent mental health issues.
• Engage in professional development activities, including continuing education and training, to remain informed about contemporary mental health practices and evolving industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists primarily engage with a diverse adult population facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. You will work closely with clients to cultivate trust and foster a therapeutic alliance that encourages their growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities to efficiently handle caseloads and associated administrative responsibilities.
• A clear disciplinary record with the licensing board to ensure client trust and confidence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy within community health settings is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches and interventions applicable to diverse client needs.

• Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
