Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and individual treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
  • A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities to efficiently handle caseloads and associated administrative responsibilities.
  • A clear disciplinary record with the licensing board to ensure client trust and confidence.

  • Experience in providing therapy within community health settings is advantageous.
