We take an operator-led approach, partnering closely with management teams to drive growth, implement systems, and build scalable platforms. As we continue to grow our portfolio, talent acquisition is a critical lever in building high-performing teams across our operating companies.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-op to support recruiting efforts across Heritage Holding and its portfolio companies. This role is highly hands-on and offers direct exposure to sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategy within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in private equity, recruiting, or operations, looking to gain real experience working alongside leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruiting across portfolio companies
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outbound outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines within Ashby ATS
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions
  • Support employer branding and recruiting process improvements

Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business or a related field
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and problem solving
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ATS experience desirable but not required
