Locations: Chapel Hill, Durham, Roxboro and Warrenton

The Residential Recovery Coordinator works in close collaboration with the House Manager to support daily operations, client care, and shift coordination within the residential recovery program. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes client recovery while ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and program standards. Personal Support Specialists (PSS) and Community Health Workers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the House Manager and team to ensure shifts operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Follow all established policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines to maintain an organized and therapeutic environment.
  • Support the admission and orientation process for new clients entering the halfway house program.
  • Provide clear information regarding house rules, services, and available recovery supports.
  • Deliver respectful, culturally responsive, and client-centered care at all times.
  • Remain mindful of how interactions and interventions impact each client’s recovery progress.
  • Actively listen to client concerns, address issues within scope, and escalate matters to the clinical team as needed.

Operations, Safety, and Documentation:

  • Coordinate and oversee assigned duties to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
