Your Daily Role

  • Leadership & Team Management – Proven ability to lead, train, and evaluate maintenance staff while coordinating daily assignments and long-term goals.
  • Technical Maintenance Expertise – Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and capital project management.
  • Safety & Compliance – Experience managing safety programs (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, PSM, HazMat, GMP, SQF) and ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
  • Process & Efficiency Improvement – Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce downtime, increase efficiency, and control costs.
  • Communication & Cross-Department Collaboration – Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate with production, distribution, and other departments to achieve operational goals.

Your Profile

  • Technical Maintenance Skills – Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; write lockout procedures; and troubleshoot/repair complex maintenance systems.
  • Industrial Equipment Knowledge – Hands-on experience with refrigeration processes, electrical systems (24–13,200 volts), and a wide range of tools/instruments (e.g., calipers, lathes, grinders, volt/amp meters).
  • Safety & Compliance – Applied knowledge of safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and working safely in environments with chemicals, solvents, noise, and extreme temperatures.
  • Physical Capability – Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs, work in varied physical positions (climbing, bending, reaching), and safely use lifts and heavy machinery.
  • Experience & Education – Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (food industry preferred) with a High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in food process engineering preferred.

Pay Range: 100k to 120k annually
