Public Service Credit union is seeking a Project Analyst passionate about blending technology, process improvement, and data to drive smarter decisions. In this role, you'll help lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the digital experience for our members and employees, all while supporting a mission-driven credit union that puts people first.ย 


As a Project Analyst, you'll lead and support technology and process improvement initiatives across the credit union. You'll work closely with department leaders, IT teams, and end users to ensure projects are well-planned, effectively executed, and continuously optimized.ย 


ย Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of technology and process improvement projectsย 
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear project requirements and workflowsย 
  • Act as a liaison between IT and operational teams to support business process improvementsย 
  • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrationsย 
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of digital project management and collaboration tools across departmentsย 
  • Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual processes and increase efficiencyย 
  • Evaluate project outcomes for effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with business objectivesย 
  • Analyze data related to project performance, adoption, and operational impactย 
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support performance tracking and decision-makingย 
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholdersย 
  • Partner with teams to define success metrics and conduct post-implementation reviewsย 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for project management platforms and collaborative workspacesย 
  • Train and support staff on tools, workflows, and best practicesย 
  • Monitor trends in workplace technology and recommend innovative solutionsย 
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements

Education & Experienceย 

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, process automation, systems administration, or a related role (financial institution experience preferred)
  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field OR relevant certification (e.g., Project Management, SharePoint)ย 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and minor coding
  • Working knowledge of workflow automation and form-building tools
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Data analysis and reporting experience, including dashboards and performance metrics
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively
