Location: Montvale, NJ Duration: 6 Months Exp: 5 to 7 yrs Skills / Qualifications - 5 years experience including Analysis, Design Documentation, Development, Configuration, Implementation and testing of business application systems in PeopleSoft HCM -Experience using PeopleSoft release 9.2 and PeopleTools release 8.54 (or higher) - Knowledge of Application Designer, Import Manager, Security Administration, SQR, PS Query, Process Scheduler, Application Messaging and Application Engine. - Experience with Client's Application Lifecycle Management tool (ALM) is a plus. - Proficient using MicroSoft Excel and Word

Our direct client is seeking a Peoplesoft Trainer for the development of a Train the Trainer program for end user training; this training will prepare staff for the daily use of the PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program with the implementation of various PeopleSoft modules in the Finance and the Supply Chain Divisions . Newyork city: This is 11 months contract with extension for another 12 months. PeopleSoft Train-the Trainer. There are three positions are: Training Lead (1) and Training Developer (2). The Peoplesoft ERP system will replace existing financial systems that are over 30 years old to provide one integrated system with multiple modules for Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. As a result, everyone affected by the impending technological and business transformation must be trained. The ERP implementation program is a multi-year project which will incorporate the following changes: 1. Standardization of practices and processes 2. Updated policies and procedures to support "Best Practices" 3. Automated standardized reporting The ideal candidates/firm will possess experience in PeopleSoft train the trainer for end user training, planning and program development. Responders must have at least three years of experience in developing PeopleSoft end user training with healthcare integrated delivery network systems. Engagement Location, Hours and Duration: The engagement will take place at our NYC location. Consultant during this engagement is expected to travel 10% within the 5 boroughs of NYC. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours Principal Duties and Responsibilities Training Lead (1): โˆ’ Conducts training related assessments โˆ’ Defines the training approach/strategy and curriculum โˆ’ Establishes courseware content and standards for instructor-led training, web-based training, and related electronic performance support โˆ’ Provides coordination and assistance for training deployment processes and activities, including training technologies and tools โˆ’ Drives and assists with training logistics and administration, trainer preparation and the train-the-trainer program โˆ’ Establishes the training (system) environment approach and guides data population and refresh activities โˆ’ Establishes the training program evaluation processes and supports training program evaluation activities Training Developer (2): โˆ’ Executes the development of components of the end-user courseware for instructor-led training and web-based training including course outlines, storyboards, participant guides work instructions and simulations through user productivity kit (UPK), exercise guides and job aids โˆ’ Responsible for populating the training (system) environment to support hands-on exercises Qualifications / Required Skill: Responder must have completed Train the Trainer for end users design and training in at least 3 healthcare integrated delivery network systems. Please provide experience details and past clients. At least one Healthcare client must have occurred within the last two years. Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a post-baccalaureate certificate and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 2 years of experience, or a Doctoral degree Formal or informal leadership experience is required Ability to synthesize complex findings and detailed research into executive summaries and presentations intended for managerial decisions and/or publication Provide high quality customer service to clients through superior technical work as well as effective project management and communication.
