Job Summary:
An experienced SAP EPPM Solution Architect with 13+ years of overall SAP experience, including strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) / SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading solution design, business process alignment, architecture definition, and end-to-end implementation of SAP EPPM solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
The role requires deep functional knowledge of project portfolio management, project planning, resource management, financial integration, and cross-module integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules such as PS, CPM, FI/CO, MM, SD and HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end SAP EPPM / PPM solution architecture and design Greenfield SAP implementation, business transformation program.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand portfolio, project, resource, and financial management requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Define best-fit solution architecture for SAP EPPM, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and SAP best practices.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, process workshops, solution blueprinting, and design discussions.
• Architect and configure core SAP EPPM capabilities
• Design integration between SAP EPPM and SAP PS, CPM, FI/CO, MM, HCM, and other third-party/project management tools where applicable.
• Provide architectural guidance for project lifecycle management, governance workflows, approvals, role-based access, and reporting requirements.
• Lead functional teams during workshops, design, build, testing, cutover, and go-live phases.
• Collaborate with technical, integration, Basis, security, and Fiori teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Define data migration, reporting, authorization, and extensibility considerations for SAP EPPM implementations.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 13+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong background in SAP PPM / SAP EPPM / SAP Project Systems.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant in multiple SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments (On-premise/private cloud/public cloud exposure is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of integration points across FI/CO, MM, SD, HR/HCM, CPM, SAP Fiori and analytics/reporting solutions.
• Experience in conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, solutioning, and architecture design.
• Strong understanding of project-based business processes across banking & finance, engineering, asset management.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications, solution design documents, RICEFW inputs, and test scenarios.
• Good understanding of Fiori apps, workflows, authorization concepts, and SAP best practices.
• Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive solution decisions in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
• SAP Certification in SAP Portfolio and Project Management / SAP S/4HANA Project Systems / related SAP module(s)
• Experience with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Signavio, or workflow automation tools

Educational Qualifications:
