Job Description DLAB E2E troubleshooting Lead ( Nokia,CBIS,CBAM,CBND and Nuage) For our client in Scandinavia we are searching for a Senior Technical lead Engineer, with the following Technical requirement: E2E Troubleshooting lead for DLAB. Remote Work: Start time. January 2021 1 year, extension is expected E2E troubleshooting Lead DLAB (serving all countries), reporting to DLAB TPM E2E overall knowledge of Nokia platform which includes CBIS,CBAM,CBND and Nuage Able to understand IP networks between PS Core, O&M, Switch and so on.

Good overview on Nokia OSS integration and solution with NSP, Palo Alto firewall and Cubro tapping knowledge is an advantage Need to support across the customers so Multi-Vendor Interfaces knowledge is important Leading role in System tracing and protocol flow analysis for complex e2e solution troubleshooting cases, including P and 3rd party equipment or several technology areas. Capable to utilize and create advanced troubleshooting analysing tools and methods (macros and scripts etc.), especially in complex network environment. Proactive maintenance of E2E systems Support technical / customer system acceptance testing and feature testing

Expert support to carry out primarily for IP networks and secondarily for various network elements Leading role in complex troubleshooting cases, including 3rd party equipment and Multivendor Interfaces. Acts as customer contact point to meet contracted response times. Works independently with the responsibility for advanced troubleshooting and solving cases and reporting according to E2E TPM / customer.

Works to guarantee the best possible quality of technical and professional performance. Shares technical knowledge and experience and supports competence transfer to team mates Required technical competences: Nokia Cloudband, Nuage and IP. Secondary competences: integration with Nokia vEPC VNF and Ericsson Core VNFs REMOTE 1 year, plus extension.
