Job description

Our Plant Manager is responsible for the daily production processing of our Laundry facility. Managing the employees in our production, warehouse, and maintenance departments, you will be responsible for monitoring production flow, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and regulating product inventory. Managerial duties include all staffing, transfer, promotion, coaching, training, terminating, and employee review responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • We require 1+ years of managerial or supervisory experience, in a production environment
  • Qualified candidates should have previous experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlines
  • Production-line scheduling experience
  • Staff scheduling experience
  • Lean management experience utilizing computer controls
  • Must be growth oriented and career minded
  • Good communication skills are required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred.
