Your opportunity 

As an Asset Servicing Analyst, you will support the day-to-day delivery of asset servicing activities across multiple asset classes and products, including corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax-related processes.

  • Process corporate actions, income events, proxy voting, class actions, and tax events.
  • Interpret event notifications and supporting documentation.
  • Support voluntary elections and ensure timely responses.
  • Perform reconciliations, validations, and exception management.
  • Investigate and resolve breaks and discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and control testing.

Must have skills

  • Asset Servicing Expertise: Significant experience across the full spectrum of Asset Servicing, including corporate actions processing, elections, and income processing. 
  • System & Standards: Experience with corporate action platforms, proxy systems, and SWIFT messaging standards.  
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing a team within a financial services or asset management environment. 
  • Operational Control: Strong understanding of operational risk, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners. 
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. 
  • Management and Inspiration: Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Team-Oriented and Client-Focused: A strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Compensation information 

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through June 30, 2026.
