  • Oversee the daily operations of the Global Compensation function, coordinating central initiatives, operational tasks, resource planning, and the punctual delivery of core compensation programs and services.
  • Direct, support, coach, and mentor the Global Compensation team, promoting a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused culture.
  • Act as the lead compensation consultant to executive leadership, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on all compensation issues, including compensation philosophy, salary administration, incentive programs, organizational development, retention strategies, executive compensation, and market competitiveness.
  • Lead the coordination, management, and delivery of the Company's yearly global pay cycle, covering merit increases, reward programs, equity initiatives, and associated compensation activities.
  • Lead complex global compensation projects and organization-wide initiatives from strategy to implementation, keeping alignment across business units, functions, and locations while directing project supervision, partner engagement, risks, dependencies, and change management.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, Legal, HR Technology, and regional HR teams to develop and roll out compensation solutions that support business objectives, internal equity, external competitiveness, affordability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and improve global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks that align with Hasbro's talent strategy and business priorities.
  • Use market intelligence, analytics, and financial data to develop recommendations, influence executive decision-making, and guide compensation strategy.
  • Lead worldwide communication, training, and change management activities connected to compensation programs and central initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of compensation programs, governance, technology, analytics, and operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and the employee experience.
  • Ensure compensation programs are coordinated consistently and adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
  • Remain aware of evolving compensation trends, legislation, and market practices to proactively recognize opportunities that advance Hasbro's Total Rewards strategy.

What You Will Bring:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, paired with the capability to convert complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong organizational, program, and project leadership qualities, including the capacity to coordinate multiple strategic priorities in a lively environment.
