The Operations Manager is the backbone of the club, responsible for ensuring seamless daily functions, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational revenue. You will lead the "back office" and front-desk teams to provide a clean, organized, and high-energy environment for our members.

Operational Excellence & Revenue

  • Financial Targets: Take ownership of hitting monthly Operations Revenue goals through efficient management and point-of-sale oversight.
  • Inventory Control: Manage supply ordering, receiving, and inventory reporting to ensure the club is always fully stocked and operational.
  • Reporting: Maintain an efficient "back office" by filing accurate daily and weekly revenue and inventory reports.
