Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Provider Enrollment Representative to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. This is a fully remote opportunity requiring a distraction-free workspace and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all provider enrollment processes
  • Conduct research and problem-solving to resolve enrollment issues and ensure smooth workflows
  • Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment, meeting deadlines consistently
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and internal systems to gather and relay information
  • Navigate internal databases and tools with strong technical proficiency and efficiency
  • Follow established procedures and utilize internal resources to complete tasks successfully
  • Apply sound judgment and decision-making skills to resolve enrollment discrepancies
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings, asking questions as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and maintain productivity
  • Utilize tools such as Outlook, WebEx, and internal systems to complete daily responsibilities
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience in a computer-based environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows-based systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in research, problem-solving, and reading comprehension
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
